Branding for a Japanese inspired steak house.
Created a brand identity for a Japanese inspired steakhouse with the following elements
Inspiration from Japanese Art and Pottery: Incorporated elements from Japanese woodblock printing and marks found on traditional pottery was a great way to infuse Japanese culture and craftsmanship into the brand's visual identity. It added an authentic and artistic touch.
Texture Derived from Steak Marbling: Used the texture and patterns inspired by the marbling of high-quality Wagyu beef was a clever way to tie the brand directly to its core offering. It visually communicates the quality and uniqueness of the steak.
Sophistication and Moodiness: The client's request for sophistication and moodiness is reflected in both the color palette and the minimalistic mark. This was an essential aspect of branding for a high-end steakhouse, setting the right tone for a refined dining experience.
Emerald Green: I incorporated emerald green into the color palette, inspired by a chosen visual staple for the bar, added a touch of luxury and elegance. Green is often associated with freshness and quality, making it a fitting choice for the steakhouse.
