The Pluralsight people team requested a digital initiative that would not only honor our current employees but also entice new talent while staying true to our brand's essence with a fresh twist. Understanding their emphasis on showcasing individuals, I took the reins as creative director for the campaign, prioritizing our employees. I sourced and enlisted a talented local photographer renowned for capturing authenticity. While guiding the creative direction during the photoshoot, I ensured we portrayed their genuine selves, resulting in a campaign the people team deemed successful.
